Job Description

We are looking for a proactive IT Recruiter to join our growing talent team. This role is key to identifying, attracting, and engaging top technical talent across a variety of IT roles including Software Engineering, DevOps, Data, QA, and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the tech industry and be comfortable managing the full re cruitment lifecycle for technical positions in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and technical needs.

  • Source candidates through diverse channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and niche tech communities.

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit in terms of skills, culture, and goals.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, feedback collection, and offer negotiation.

  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT candidates for current and future needs.

  • Partner with People/HR teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience and efficient onboarding process.

  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies, hiring trends, and market insights in the tech sector.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • 5+ years of experience in IT or technical recruitment, either in-house or at an agency.

  • Strong understanding of software development roles, tools, and technologies (e.g., front-end/back-end stacks, cloud, DevOps, etc.).

  • Proficiency in using ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and Boolean search techniques.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
