We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Event Promotions Assistant to join our team in New Orleans. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional events and campaigns. You will be involved in various aspects of event production and work closely with both internal teams and external vendors to ensure every event runs smoothly and meets our quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and logistics of promotional events, including setup and breakdown.

  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and partners to support event execution.

  • Represent client brands professionally and engagingly during events.

  • Support promotional campaign efforts by managing materials, schedules, and on-site operations.

  • Monitor event performance and assist in post-event reporting and feedback.

  • Ensure compliance with safety and brand guidelines during each event.

  • Work with the team to brainstorm and develop creative promotional ideas.

Qualifications



Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus).

  • Previous experience in event coordination, promotions, or customer-facing roles preferred.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.

  • Energetic attitude with a team-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to lift and transport materials for event setups when needed.
