Job Description

Are you passionate about helping others and providing top-notch customer service? We're looking for friendly and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls related to insurance servicing.

What You'll Be Doing:

Answering 40-60 inbound calls per day, providing excellent customer service.

Assisting borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions with insurance-related inquiries.

Handling questions related to homeowners' insurance, payments, and coverage details.

Navigating multiple systems to research and document customer interactions.

Providing quick, accurate, and professional responses while meeting quality standards.

Using problem-solving skills to efficiently resolve customer concerns.

What We're Looking For:

✅ At least 1 year of recent customer service experience (call center experience preferred, but front desk or administrative experience also considered).✅ Strong computer skills, including navigating a Windows PC and internal software systems.✅ Ability to type at least 35 words per minute.✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.✅ A stable internet connection (as remote training and work may be required).✅ Reliable transportation for on-site training and potential hybrid work.

Candidates must pass a basic computer literacy test (70%+ score) and a one-minute typing test (35 WPM+).

Work Environment:

This is a hybrid position based in Troy, MI. Employees will be required to work on-site for training and then transition to a hybrid schedule based on performance.
