Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Position Overview:
A fast growing ABA company is seeking a hands-on, results-driven Chief Marketing Officer to lead and own our full-spectrum marketing strategy. This executive will bring deep expertise in brand development, SEO, social media, and digital advertising to a growing healthcare organization. The CMO will manage internal team members and third-party vendors to elevate visibility, engagement, and conversion across multiple channels.
The Ideal Candidate:
A true marketer with end-to-end campaign experience, not just oversight.
Data-informed, creative, and brand-savvy.
Comfortable leading a small team and managing external agencies.
Has previously owned marketing functions within a growing company.
Understands the nuances of healthcare and/or ABA services (preferred).
Key Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of all marketing functions across branding, digital, and communications.
Oversee team of 4 in-house marketers plus SEO, PPC, and creative third-party vendors.
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with company growth goals.
Ensure brand voice, positioning, and messaging are consistent across all platforms.
Analyze marketing metrics to optimize ROI across digital, email, and social.
Lead internal and external teams to deliver high-quality, timely marketing initiatives.
Drive lead generation, customer engagement, and national brand recognition.
Qualifications and Must-Haves:
5+ years in a full-spectrum marketing leadership role.
1+ years of experience managing people and/or vendors.
Proven success in brand-building, content strategy, and SEO.
Deep understanding of social media, performance marketing, and marketing analytics.
Industry experience in healthcare or ABA is highly preferred.
Strong writing, communication, and leadership skills.
