**Job Title: Medical Device Assembler - 1st Shift**
**Job Description**
+ Join our team as a Medical Device Assembler where you will use various tools and equipment to assemble and test medical devices.
+ This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work with small parts under a microscope.
+ Candidates should be open to flexible hours, including early starts and occasional Saturdays.
**Additional Information**
+ **All candidates MUST be open to Overtime during the weekdays and open to working Saturdays when needed.
+ Shift Schedule: 1st- 6:00am-2:30pm (needs to be open to working 5:00am-3:00pm).
**Responsibilities**
+ Understand and follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.
+ Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Quality System.
+ Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to the Project Engineer or Supervisor.
+ Provide hands-on job function training to coworkers as needed.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum 6 months of high volume small part assembly experience with a microscope.
+ Ability to work with a microscope 90% of the shift.
+ Experience with small parts, particularly in inspecting raw materials like catheters.
+ Strong communication skills.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent.
+ Experience with measuring tools, hand tools, calipers, and micrometers.
+ Experience in a cleanroom environment.
+ Medical device assembly experience is preferred.

**Work Environment**
+ Work in a manufacturing cleanroom environment 100% of the time, in close stations.
+ The role requires adherence to cleanroom protocols and involves working with microscopes and small parts.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, California.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.00/hr.
